The Art of Social Media Management
My time as the Director of Social Media for the Delta Gamma Sorority at UCSB was incredibly fulfilling; it was my first taste of the marketing world. My management of the social media platforms gifted the sorority over 1,000 new followers while simultaneously increasing member engagement.
My content creation on TikTok during recruitment season hit over 600k views and contributed to our success in recruiting a member class of 75 women. I captured content at events, crafted captions, and stuck to a strict posting schedule that had an average engagement of ~600 likes and ~50 comments.
